About Us

AC Aussies is Aggie owned and operated by AnneMarie Carr in DFW, Texas. AC Aussies was founded in 2018 when AnneMarie went and gave her first Miniature Australian Shepherd, AC Mini Winnie, her forever home. AC Mini Winnie, or Winslet, has been loved and socialized with many different crowds since the day she was born. From going to rodeos, river trips with friends, long road trips from TX -> WA, flights all over the USA, to family holiday get together's (because we all know how these are) Winslet as seen a lot and handles everything with grace, and makes everyone fall in love with one look. We expect her puppies to follow in her footsteps, as they will grow up in the same very hands-on, southern style, loving home for their first 8 weeks with us!

AnneMarie used to breed Labrador Retrievers growing up, and is using that saved money to help fund her college expenses as she finishes her BA in English with a Pre-Physician Assistant concentration from Texas A&M University. Along side AnneMarie's studies, she competes on the TAMU rodeo team with her horse Somebodys Rudy.
